Adults
Adulthood does not come with a manual to all the answers of life. You are allowed to seek guidance and change the direction of your journey at any stage in your life.
The responsibilities and daily stresses of adulthood can be exhausting. Our lives are filled with challenges, insecurities, economic strain, and more recently periods of isolation. On top of that, individuals often carry unresolved childhood trauma with them that can lead to dysfunctional behaviour. Seeking therapy will allow you to proactively manage your emotions and behaviours, overcome personal challenges, heal from current or past experiences, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
